Over - short film response

Here is my initial response to my first viewing of Over.

I think it could have only worked as a short film as it relied on long slow shot to increase the viewers interest. Over is structured in reverse chronological order and gives the audience more and more clues. Therefore the film need to interest the viewer enough to continue watching in the opening.
In a feature film I think this would have felt a lot slower and it would be unconventional to start the film without any action to engage the viewer.
